I was so impressed at Santa Ana High School this afternoon. We are in the process of filming for the Open Campus Geometry course; only I really shouldn’t say “we,” as the SAHS students did all the heavy lifting. They absolutely crushed it.
The actors completely sold out on the story; they were so believable, and the two-man film crew exemplified efficiency. They had their procedures down; even more impressive, they were able to communicate those procedures. They clearly explained the process, highlighting essential vocabulary for production, and then they put me to work. They made me feel confident and equipped. Thank you to all the students who played a role in building part of this Geometry course today. How cool is it that our students are helping to build courses!
I’ve said it before, and I’m saying it again. I am so proud to be a part of Team SAUSD!
