What do you “own” about your work?

What do you take home with you?

What do you need to stop doing?

What can you live without?

What do you want more of?

How about the others around you?

How many ways can you think of to encourage and empower the agency of those with whom you share this work?

How do you celebrate that strength?

How do you nurture that need?

How about you leave your thoughts in the comments?
